Why We Built This Site
Public access is most useful when a search reaches the right custodian. The Fannin County District Clerk keeps records for the 336th Judicial District Court, including felony, district civil, family, and juvenile matters. The County Clerk handles County Court at Law misdemeanors and county probate or civil records. Justice and municipal clerks maintain their own dockets. Odyssey Public Access and re:SearchTX add online routes, but neither erases those office lines. The site brings the verified contacts, official portals, request steps, and local distinctions together for public-reference use.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Fannin County
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, with no affiliation to a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits include the following:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
An official or certified docket or court record must come from the clerk or court that maintains the original case file.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. Each provider controls its service, results, privacy terms, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee for this site. That support helps make the reference pages available without charge, but it does not give us control over the provider or its output.
